Auto-generate content + practice steps for all skills
Uses AI to generate what_to_look_for_description and common_mistake_description for all skills in the 0.5–2yr age group, based on each skill's title and stage.
Two-pass approach recommended: Run "Content Only" first (fast), then "Steps Only" separately. Each pass processes 3 skills at a time to avoid timeouts.
Fills skill fields: purpose, outcome, safety, env notes, etc. (~1 call/skill)
Generates 3 environment step guides per skill (home water, home dry, pool). (~3 calls/skill, slower)
Runs both passes sequentially. Takes the longest but produces fully complete skills.
Links all Skills → Lessons, Lessons → Skills + Checkpoints, and Checkpoints → Skills based on matching age group, learning path, and level.
